All of Cpustuff.com products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Cpustuff.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to products sold by Cpustuff.com. Except as expressly stated herein, Cpustuff.com disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Cpustuff.com arising from any product sold shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Cpustuff.com be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error Cpustuff.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Cpustuff.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to either accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders must be pre-approved, as established by our credit department. Cpustuff.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity of any item ordered. All orders are subject to credit approval, and all items are limited to supply on hand.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, American Express and VISA cards. Please be sure to provide your complete billing address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. All information must match your credit card issuer?s information that they have on file for you. If you wish to make your purchase with a Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal or Company Check, please print out your total order, and send it along with your form of payment. Please make sure your total remittance includes any sales tax, and all shipping charges to avoid any delay in processing your order. Please allow up to 10 days for processing checks. There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks. Your order will be processed after your check has cleared our bank.
Shipping Policy
Estimated UPS/USPS/Fedex Ground shipping is 3 to 10 business days, depending on location being shipped to. Tracking information will be supplied upon request, if tracking information is available. Cpustuff.com must charge Sales Tax on any orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. Each customer shall be responsible for any taxes required on orders shipped to any other state.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Please be aware that we cannot ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to 3 -10 days for UPS Ground shipping. If we anticipate any type of delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by e-mail, to give you the option of accepting the order or canceling for a refund of the item back ordered.

Transportation/Title
Products will be delivered by Cpustuff to a carrier, FOB: Cpustuff - RSM, CA or one of our authorized agents shipping facilities. Title and risk of shipping loss or damage to products will pass to the purchaser when the products are delivered to such carrier. Shipping Insurance: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to request and pay for any premium services offered by the carrier including but not limited to insurance, COD shipments, signature required deliveries.
Return Policy
Please be advised that we do not offer a return policy on monitors or special order items, as indicated below. Products may be returned in the following manner: All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Before returning any item you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA is good for only one item and it must match the authorized product. Each RMA is good for 10 days from the day your RMA is issued. If you are returning a non-defective product you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer.
Special order items are non cancelable. All refunds will excluded any shipping and handling charges paid. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. All returns must be returned with all items in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included with your RMA, and the RMA number must be visible on the outside of the package.
For Return Merchandise Authorization, Please Contact rma@cpustuff.com All Returns must be sent by UPS, Federal Express, or any other carrier that issues a tracking number. Please remember to put the RMA number on the outside of your package. If not visible, the package will be refused.

Cpustuff.com will provide limited on-line technical support for any product purchased from us. Please refer to our links page for manufacturers technical support. All technical support requests should be made to the manufacturer of the product you purchased.
